Danielle’s Chiliyaki Salmon

Cook salmon filet (if possible on wood plank) in BBQ cooker until appr. 80% done.

Lay on foil and cover in Danielle’s Chiliyaki Sauce.

Return to BBQ and finish cooking.

Chiliyaki Sauce will seal in moisture, and add a sweet and spicy¬†kick which complements the salmon’s natural flavor profiles.
