Follow meat counter’s baking instructions (usually 325 degrees and 20 mins per pound). Spike ham with cloves and use toothpicks to pin pineapple rings to outside of ham. Either bake until 80% done, then cover with Sweet Chili Sauce and finish baking, or cover entire ham with foil after coating in Sweet Chili Sauce and bake until done. If using foil, do not wrap tightly around ham. Leave at least one inch air gap around sides and top. When finishing ham, lower oven temperature to 250 degrees. This will prevent sauce from burning.
