Danielle’s Sweet-ish Chili Meatballs

 1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 cup moistened bread crumbs 


1 beaten egg 


1/2 teaspoon garlic granules 


1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger 


2 tablespoons Danielle’s Teriyaki Sauce 



Combine above ingredients in large bowl. Form into balls (appr. 1/2″) and brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons cooking oil.  Remove from heat and drain grease.  Pour Danielle’s Sweet Chili Sauce over all the meat. Cover with foil and let sit 5 minutes.  Transfer to serving tray and garnish with pineapple chunks. Excellent over rice, or serve as an hors d’oeuvre with frill picks.
