Danielle’s Chiliyaki Salmon

Cook salmon filet (if possible on wood plank) in BBQ cooker until appr. 80% done. Lay on foil and cover in Danielle’s Chiliyaki Sauce. Return to BBQ and finish cooking. Chiliyaki Sauce will seal in moisture, and add a sweet and spicy kick which complements the salmon’s natural flavor profiles.

 1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 cup moistened bread crumbs 
 1 beaten egg 
 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules 
 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

Danielle’s Chiliyaki Steak and Noodles

1 lb steak (your choice of cut) 
 Slice steak into thin, 2″ long slices and trim fat. 

 Marinate steak for 30 minutes in the following mixture: 
 1/4 cup cooking oil 
 2 Tbs sesame oil 
 1/2 cup Danielle’s Fine Teriyaki Sauce 
 1/4 cup water 
 1/2 Tbs granulated garlic
